How we grade the evidence

Every guide reviews the primary studies and current veterinary guidelines, grades each claim on the strength of the evidence behind it (Strong, Moderate, Limited, Not Established, Contradicted), names who is recommending what, and lists what remains unknown. Grades describe the evidence, not our opinion.
