Subscription Policy

HOW SUBSCRIPTIONS WORK:

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive recurring deliveries of our products based on the frequency and duration you select at checkout.

Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged for each recurring order, unless you choose to prepay. You’ll receive an order confirmation email for each renewal.

SUBSCRIPTION BENEFITS:

Save a % on every order. - Free standard US shipping on all subscription deliveries. - Flexible delivery options based on your pet’s size and needs.

MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION:

You can update, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal or the link in your order confirmation emails. - Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date to take effect for that cycle.

AUTO-RENEWAL:

Subscriptions automatically renew on the schedule you select (e.g., monthly,bi-monthly, or quarterly). If you don’t want your subscription to renew, you may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.

CANCELLATION:

There is no minimum commitment. You may cancel anytime after your first order has shipped. Prepaid subscription plans (if offered) are non-refundable once the first order has been processed.
