Matterdays Shipping Policy

Matterdays Shipping Policy Effective Date: December 19, 2025 

PROCESSING TIMES All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to become active.

DELIVERY TIMES - Domestic (USA): Typically 3–7 business days after shipment. - International: Coming soon (Canada and additional destinations to follow).

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days (domestic), please contact us at support@md.pet with your name and order number.

SHIPPING RATES - $5.95 flat rate shipping for US orders under $40. - Free standard shipping on US orders of $40 or more. - All US subscription orders include free standard shipping.

RESTRICTIONS - We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping will be added in the future. - We do not offer local pickup or same-day delivery.
