December 9, 2025 At Matterdays, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, we’ll work with you to make it right.
RETURNS & REFUNDS - Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. - Items must be unopened and in original condition. - Email hello@matterdays.md with order number, name, and reason for return. Customers pay return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect. - Refunds are issued once items are received and inspected.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS - Report within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. EXCLUSIONS - Returns after 30 days cannot be accepted. - Opened or partially used products are not eligible for return unless defective on arrival. - Missing scoop? Email us and we’ll send a replacement free of charge.
